Last weekend, I had the immense pleasure of test-driving the all-new 2025 Ford Territory for a few days.

Making Every Trip Unforgettable with the all NEW 2025 Ford Territory
It’s important that the vehicle I select is able to go the distance from parish to parish or within the confines of Kingston from various points across the City. I just had to see how the all-new 2025 Ford Territory would fit into that narrative, so I took it to Rural St. Ann to the Minard Lifestock Show.
I took the shorter route (In my opinion) which is the Highway and if you know Jamaica well, there is a part of the road that is all fog and add in the rainy season and it would have been a disater! This was not so with the all-new 2025 Ford Territory as when I entered the Fog, the wipers came on automatically and created a clear path with bright headlights that guided my path.
I soon made my way into Brown’s Town on treacherous paths that consisted of dirt roads and gravel that felt like I was driving on clouds — it was so smooth and the way the vehicle took corners. Of course with all things mentioned, it was definitely all about the Features, so let’s get into it:

Of all these my favourite features were the 12.3 touch screen which spans from the centre of the vehicle to the steering wheel which made navigation and listening to my favorite tunes a breeze and it was aesthetically pleasing.
Another major thing for me was the trunk space and size as I carry a lot of things literally from a pin to an anchor. I wanted to ensure the trunk was deep enough and would not throw the items around creating that annoying clanking sound …AND this vehicle delivered. Let’s take it back to safety as I’m a woman and it’s good to know the vehicle opens as long as I have the key on me so I’m not fumbling around looking for keys!
There was one major con that was kinda important but not a deal breaker and that is, It’s not a 4-h drive. As it’s the rainy season here in Jamaica and quite muddy, the back wheels locked and there was a little skidding that prevented my from going up on a small ramp where the parking lot was. To combat this minor inconvenience, I had to allow the vehicle to roll back into space slowly but this was done as I’m from an automotive background and knew exactly what to do.
I would give this vehicle a 9/10 and would highly recommend it to a professional who has a busy lifestyle or a family that drives in or around town and is looking for a sleek and modern vehicle to fit into their lifestyle.
