Eight-time Gold Medal Olympian and his Entrepreneur Beau Kasi Bennett welcomed their first child a daughter to the world on May 17, 2020.
Since then, the identity of their daughter + her name has not been revealed, until today! Just in time for Kasi’s Birthday, Usain showcased the new Mom in an ethereal photoshoot for her Birthday styled by Neko Kelly with designs complemented by Kadian Nicely and captured by photographer LexonArt.
Usain Bolt Finally Releases Daughter’s Name It’s Olympia Lightning Bolt
Bolt went on to share these sentiments
“a happy birthday and To let u know I am happy I get to spend ur special day with u. I want nothing but happiness for u and will continue to doing my best keeping a smile on ur face. Now we have started a new chapter together with our daughter Olympia Lightning Bolt I look forward to what the future will bring for us but be reassured that I will be the ROCK for this family. I Love you and happy 21st birthday
Olympia Lightning Bolt is easily the coolest Celeb Baby Name thus far and it even trumps her dad”Usain Bolt” in the “cool name” category who is so fast he has been compared to Lightning! (hence the name)
If we were to take things back a few centuries to Ancient Greek History, Olympia is the place where the Olympic games were held.
So you see, the name is quite fitting for little Olympia as it holds a strong meaning to her Dad’s legacy; the Olympic Games was where he received worldwide recognition for his on the track prowess.
Happy Birthday to Kasi and best of wishes to their family on this new chapter in their lives. We hope that they will grow and learn together as a family.
