Best Looks at the Emmys Awards 2019

The Primetime Emmy’s signal the official start of Awards season!

The show simply known as the “Emmy’s” recognizes excellence in the television industry which also includes online platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime. This year’s event was held on Sunday, September 22, 2019, at the Microsoft Theatre and did not have a host for the fourth time in a row but featured A-list celebs as the presenters.

Every year there is that one show that cops several Awards and this year it was “Fleabag” an Amazon Prime Original series with the lead actress Phoebe Waller-Bridge who was the standout Actress of the night. We, of course, we in our feelings (in a good way) when Jharrell Jerome received the Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited Series for his portrayal of Korey Wise in “When They See Us”. This was one of those moments where you feel like the underdog finally won and it’s a moment etched in time that will always be remembered.

We here at Haute People are always excited to see how stars step out on the Red Carpet and we noticed an ode to the ’70s where most stars where seen in a Red and Pink combo!
