4 Make-Up Artists you Need to Know for Carnival GLAM HUB

Pinterest LinkedIn Tumblr

In one of our recent posts, we re-introduced an innovative concept called “Glam Hub” conceptualized by Jamaican Glam Make-up Artist Gabrielle Waite aka Gabby Glam. Glam Hub is your one-stop shop for all things Carnival as they offer premium make-up services for him + her, food and transportation + so much more!

GlamHub has expanded and has broadened its reach to not only include popular Jamaican Make-up artists but also Internationally Acclaimed artists — today, we’ll be looking at the 4 Make-up artistes you need to know about for the Jamaica Carnival 2019 season.

Angel Cumberbatch – Trinidad

This Trinidad MUA also goes by the name “Glitter Goddess“. She’s forever known for transforming ladies using her pristine makeup techniques, sharp cut creases, and seamless blending. Her services at Carnival GLAM Hub will be in our VERY IMPORTANT GLAM Suite, where only 2 girl gangs of 8 can schedule their appointments. Not only will their makeup be done by the Glitter Goddess but our Carnival GLAM Queens will receive a private butler, shuttle service and hairstylist. It doesn’t stop there! These girl gangs will also receive breakfast, mimosas, GLAM Bags and of course, a mini photo shoot with none other than Nigel So Crazy. This overall package retails for USD$450 per head and is worth every cent!!

Simplii Beautiful – Trinidad

Simplii Beautiful is another MUA who hails from Trinidad, who will be one of the external artists at our Hub. This MUA is known for working with international celebrities and some of the most popular Carnival Queens in the Game!! Let’s just say she’s in high demand. We are so excited to have her on board and see her in action!! To book her, persons can contact her directly to find out what slots she has available. Don’t be surprised if she says she’s booked out, that’s how you know her work is absolutely fabulous.

Loni Jones – Jamaica

Of course, we had to have THE Loni Jones as one of the MUAs at the Hub!! This seasoned Jamaican MUA  has been in the game for quite some time and yet, still holds the pedestal as one of the BADDEST Jamaican MUA’s in the game!! Her diversification in Bridal, Editorial, and Special Effects allow her to formulate the perfect palette, creating carnival looks that are long-lasting, timeless and glamorous. It’s such an honor having her at the Hub!! I’m so excited to see her SLAY clients for di road! like our previous artist, Loni is also another external MUA. To book her you will have to contact her directly.

Karine Gatibelza – Guadeloupe

medianet_width = “728”;
medianet_height = “90”;
medianet_crid = “185308422”;
medianet_versionId = “111299”;
(function() {
var isSSL = ‘https:’ == document.location.protocol;
var mnSrc = (isSSL ? ‘https:’ : ‘http:’) + ‘//contextual.media.net/nmedianet.js?cid=8CU3G4D0M’ + (isSSL ? ‘&https=1’ : ”);
document.write(”);
})();

Karine is our International MUA based in Guadeloupe, she was also one of the first MUAs to be a part of the first staging of Carnival GLAM Hub in 2018. Being one of the top MUAs in her homeland, we had to reach out!! She produces a variety of Carnival looks that caters both to the Carnival Queen who loves a subtle GLAM and the Queen who loves a dramatic and very artistic GLAM. The diversification in her work is always so admirable and is a fine example of what it takes to be booked to capacity. Hold on tight cause she’s about to break the gram with her Carnival BEATS !

Take the guessing game out of Jamaica Carnival 2019 — sit, back, relax and have your face beats to tha Gods by some of the best names in make-up while sipping on a mimosa! Be sure to check out the packages and book as soon as possible! Spaces go fast and you would not want a make-up meltdown on the B-I-G day.

We have a small favor to ask.
